Cellulite is becoming a major problem for women worldwide. It affects around 80% of all women and anyone could get it at any time. There are several ways of reducing cellulite that you should consider to get rid of cellulite once and for all.

Cellulite is basically lumpy fat. This fat doesn't form properly and this may have many causes. Mostly bad diet and a lack of exercise are the culprits. A bad diet can cause extra fat to form and the types of foods such as saturated fats and junk foods cause the fat to build in an irregular fashion and this is called cellulite.

Luckily there are many ways to reduce cellulite and this does not involve using expensive anti cellulite creams that often do not work. You may have heard of lipocontour cellulite reducing pants these can be quite effective but often they do not help very much in a way that is noticeable.

You can help cellulite disappear by following these few tips.

=> Stop eating saturated fats. These are very bad for you on many different levels. It s also really bad for causing cellulite to form. Cut it out of your diet. This is found in many junk foods and meats, butter and things like this. Keep eating the good fats such as those found in oily fish, nuts and seeds.


=> Don't be too still. Make sure that you move around and get enough exercise daily. This is so important for your overall health and weight too. You may find that if you have a sedentary lifestyle where you sit down a lot you will have cellulite on the thigh and butt area. Even a simple exercise such as walking will help you to lose cellulite.
